Two-stage analysis with minimum loss of information
ASRtriala features a fully efficient two-stage multi-environment (MET) pipeline that ensures minimal information is lost in the analysis process. Relevant data from the first stage (single trial analysis) is collected and passed to the second stage (multi-environment trial analysis). ASRtriala is designed to keep any loss of data to a minimum providing considerably more robust analyses and accurate results.

If moving onto stage 2 (multi-environment trial analysis), ASRtriala assists in understanding the dynamic of genotype-by-environment (GxE) correlations.
