Full Time |1 position |Senior Leadership Team

Job Purpose

Define and lead the digital transformation change initiatives, provide leadership to the global technology team, deliver and run a world-class ‘digital first’ product set and enterprise tools.

The Role

The CTO will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, but will also need to be a hands-on individual involved in the day-to-day detail of the technology team's activities.  Key responsibilities are:

  • Member of the senior leadership team involved in company-wide decision making
  • Define and drive the group’s technology vision – digital first
  • Shape, articulate and execute the group’s technology strategy and digital transformation program
  • Make architecture decisions to ensure the delivery of stable and scalable products
  • Responsible for data management create networking safeguards that prevent security breaches and keep client information confidential.
  • Define and apply a structured architecture framework and approach to technology transformation
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
  • Develop and extend test driven development focused environment
  • Communicate technology strategy to partners and stakeholders
  • Liaise with external service providers in order to maintain successful commercial relationships as well as consistent approach to technology deployment
  • Attract and mentor talented developers
  • Manage and build positive team dynamics with globally dispersed teams

Skills and Competencies


We need someone who can quickly make an impact:

  • Hands-on experience in a variety of technology role(s)
  • Strong experience in cloud architecture and building digital products from early stage though to scaling stable services
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Highly organised; strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills are essential
  • Good understanding of product management and ability to work closely across multiple functions and technical disciplines
  • Significant demonstrable experience across digital technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in technology
  • Highly proficient user of MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills: face to face, video, email, telephone - you've got the lot
  • Great interpersonal skills to build collaborative, respectful relationships with a wide variety of people.
  • Attention to detail a must

  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience in a technology leadership role, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Experience leading change programs across a globally dispersed team
  • Experience of Agile development
  • Experience working across different time zones with dispersed team members
  • Mother tongue either Thai or English, and fluent in the other as a second language
  • Creative thinker who sees the opportunity before the problem, able to inspire others.
  • Critical thinker - asking questions, validating and generally being curious must be second nature to you
